  INTERSLAT Light Models:

 

The next generation of INTERSLAT system is that of the light models which have revolutionized the world of conveying.Owing to a unique and novel structural conveyor body concept,high sanitary standards have been achieved. The basis for the idea behind the light models is the need to improve conveyor sanitation along the production lines.

 

In conventional models,the walls of the conveyor form a closed
casing which makes it difficult to clean the inside of the conveyor form cotamination.To pursue this line of thought,unique accessories were developed that permit reduction of the areas sensitive to contamination.

 

The conveyor structure is based on a sealed central stainless steel profile that constitutes the "BACK BONE" of the conveyor. Minimal guides in th circumference carry the chains,and a multidirectional open space is formed between them.

 

The conveyor parts are interconnected by means of twin clamps which,when closed and tightened,fix all conveyor components firmly in place,mounting these clamps does not necessitate any drilling of holes,so that their positioning is flexible and moveable along the "BACK BONE".In this manner,a quality product with an optimum level of finish was achieved. falling in line with its technological advantages.
